Many thanks to all of you who supported the various events that have taken place at the pub.
The carol singing raised £127 towards the St. Lawrence’s Church Roof Fund.
When Santa visited on Christmas Eve, 38 children came along to meet him. The Damson & Sloe Gin Competition on Boxing Day Night had 39 entries of which I managed to win (and I promise it wasn’t a fix!). New Year’s Eve was a successful evening with many people in fancy dress.
Thank you to an investor who kindly donated a piano which was put to good use at the carol singing. There is a new menu for January; telephone Keith or Bev on 01931715722.
